RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Treasured Wine Products, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in similar condition to when you received it

  • No more than 5 Wine Label Remover sheets may have been used from the pack

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please photograph the issue and contact us within 7 days so we can assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection legislation are not affected.


Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Items that have been damaged after delivery

  • Packs where more than 5 label remover sheets have been used

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

This right does not apply to personalised or custom goods.


Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once returned goods are received and inspected.

In some cases, where return shipping is impractical or disproportionate to the product value, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
